Vw Westcape bad after sevice accuse me of being a ****.

On the 31/05/2022 I took my car in for a service at Vw Westcape Kuilsriver. They took me home but I had to arrange myself to go pick up my car. The car was nice an clean but than I noticed they broke my airvent by the backseat and 1 cover they did replaced it where they took it off. Inform them and I took the car back on the Friday 03/06/2022. They put the one cover back but 1st had to search where it was supposed to be. Then they not directly accused me of breaking the airvent myself and that the cleaner would never do it. After a long argument the agreed to order the airvent and will replace it as soon as the part arrive. Why would I break my own car than blame them and they made me a **** I don't think I will take my car there again I will rather go to Somerset west.
