VW Weiss damages my car

On the 22/03/2024 I took my car to VW Weiss Durban in South Africa for a diagnostic due to the fact that i had to fill water coolant constantly so, i suspected that there was a leak and also added the service becasue my car service was due on 01/04/2024, Car was left with VW from 22,23 and 24/03/2024 while they were still waiting for parts which came on Monday the 25/03/2024. O was called by the consultant to fetch it.I then drove it for few days after that it started giving problems, the same problem that i was told it was fixed appeared again, then there was strange things happening, it then it took time to start,jacking, making weird sounds and taking out white smoke from the exhaust and over hearting. I took it back to them on the 02/04/2024, They told me they will recheck and let me know, left the car with them again later that day i called the dealership after waiting for the consultant to come back to me was told me that the car needs a new thermostat which will cost R11000, i told him i won't be able to afford that after paying than R10803.91 the previous week so i will fetch it later after work. I have also asked him why was that not picked up when they did the diagnostic, I have never received a straight answer. As l drove off the car started jacking and making a terrible sound and white smoking started coming out and it stopped , it could not start , I had to call the insurance for help they towed it to my home, The next morning 03/04/2024 I did not drive it , i tried to start and took an uber back to VW to explain what happened after talong the car from them. The manager told me to tow the car back to them they will do a thorough inspection dor free. Car was towed back to them that same afternoon. Thursday the 04/04/2024 I waited for the feed back from them, almost the whole day until i called them twice to ne told that my engine is done its to be fixed nothing about the thermostat now. I told the consultant that is impossible they need to fixed my car as it when i first brought it them. He said he will speak to his manager and come back to me, he never did I then decided to go physically to them after work to speak to the manager. The manager tried to explain and pushing the blame on me that I had driven the car after over heating and we finally agreed that she will try to help to give me the quote of checking the engine and give me 50% discount on repairs,but then I realised that I being played and taken advantage of as woman. The whole idea was still for them to benefit, while i am already at loss as I use this car to work and to hustle everyday and deliver to my client . They dont wanna take accountability. my car never gave me problems before i took it to them. Their technicians did something to my car and the dont want to acknowledge and take accountability to fixed. With back and forth i was quoted R21712.00 for stripping the engine which I declined, after that the quotation was re-looked at by the manager and got reduced to R4071.00 which stoll did not make any sense to me o looked like everything the did and said are assumptions and they just dont want to take accountability instead they still want me to pay . Today 15/04/2024 i have sent the email explaining my frustration all over again and was told that VW will not pay anything and thay is final if i dont tow my car they ill charge me R300 per day for storage. I am so heart broken my finances, health and family are affected so bad by this whole situation.
