VW Toti do not know what they are doing

<p>Recently my car warning lights came on and upon investigation I found that filters were not changed yet I had paid for a major service 2 months back, I was given the run around but they told me that the engine mgnt light and the glow plug light lights came on because of a burst booster pipe plus a week after the service I had taken it back to them and said that the car is making a strange noise and they said nothing was wrong with the vehicle I doubt that they had even run diagnostics on it. I had stated that I have a 600 km drive and wanted everything to be sorted out as I was paying for the service rendered. While driving back home the glow plug lights come on and now they state that I need to take the vehicle to east London to be checked out. Now if something breaks while driving why must I be liable when the car was taken to VW to be sorted out not to mention go out of my way now to go get the car sorted out once again? Can someone please help me with this</p>
