VW :Pathetic service and no honor at all , pathetically poor image of vw portrayed

<p>after poor salesmanship from the sales executive, Wesley Abrahamse a deal was still eventually agreed and we signed a offer to purchase and sold our own vehicle privately based on the offer to purchase of a new polo , we also paid 91% of the car off with our deposit , delivery of the vehicle to the dealership came a week later than promised and eventually we recieved mail that the car has been delivered and we would be able to collect , hours later we receive mail that the sales executive ( Wesley Abrahamse) has made a mistake on the pricing and expects us to pay more at the last minute, we've taken this all the way up to the dealership principal which himself could only say sorry , this is pathetic from vw ! Never in my life have we experienced this from a vw dealership, This would not be the case at a bmw , merc or any of the other big brands , our family has one less car now due to this and we are extremely angered by vw , having bought and given vw business for many years .</p>
