VW forcing customers to pay for their defective workmanship & parts

Im am honestly disappointed with how these people do business - particularly Mc Duling Volkswagen The first VW in Durban fixed my waterpump only to find out a month later that it was defective - at that time I had moved to JHB so I went to McDuling VW where they fixed my wanter pump free of chare as its was still under warranty - there was some parts that I ended up having to pay for cash but I did it anyway,

Now my waterpump is faulty again and should still be under warranty but now they are refusing to fix it saying it is a different waterpump to what the one they fixed yet they quotes are identical I dont know how many water pumps a car has - the service consultant was horrible and rude! Forcing me to pay for something that is under warranty

The last time I drove in my car for service but they were jump starting it when I had to leave with some of the parts missing from my car

That Volkwagen is horrible and will be taking them to the ombudsman for forcing me to pay for their defective whilst its still under warranty
