VW Benoni citi & VW South Africa useless

I bought a car from VW Benoni citi almost 2 months back, till to date my car has no number plate nor do I have a copy of the natis document. VW South Africa was contacted to intervene in this matter they promised a 24-48 working hours turnaround time for my complain but now it’s almost 2 weeks with no proper feedback all they say is an email was sent to the management. My question is why must I be inconvenienced by internal issues??? As a dealer how do you sell a car that you don’t have the natis document???? As a governing body (VW South Africa) how do you let such happen??? This is total unacceptable I gave Benoni citi management ( Kevin Gilmar and Ivan Howard) a deadline of Monday 02nd of December, they didn’t even bother calling me or just sending a mare email, yet they say customer satisfaction is their passion, how??????
