This beautifully stupid Dealership that apparently has the most sales, is one dealership that has one of the worst service departments I have ever seen. I was one of the very first few customers to purchase a Brand new VW Polo 5 days after launch, and not your typical entry level, the highest spec with almost every possible feature, spending almost 370k on the damn car. and all for what? for Brakes to go at 10 000 km's, being told that its my driving. considering the car's average fuel consumption is an amazing 8.3 l/100 on eco mode, driving fast is worthless in this car. software on the car goes, radio switches off at random intervals in the day when my phone is connected, power steering is going, brakes are going again(already on my 3rd set in 15 months), then they try to ***** my sub from the car, broke a few buttons, and i am now waiting 4 months for them to fix the issues that they did... what kind of service do you call this? well, if they ever give you proper or decent feedback, it seems this is acceptable for them.
