Very slow customer service

I was involved in a Motor vehicle accident on 08/10/2023. My car was towed to Autobahn Isando on the day. I submitted a claim with my insurer on 09/10/2023. My insurer organized a 30 days car hire for me. The 30 days lapsed on 09/11/2023, my insurer then advised that they cannot extend. I paid the car hire extension for 11 more days from my own pocket. Today the 20/11/2023 I went to Autobahn Isando just to see if things are happening. I saw my car it doesn't look like they will complete the job soon. I was informed that they still need 7-14 more days. I am still paying for my car , I'm paying the insurance, now I have to pay for the car hire which is R275.00 per day. This is too much and it looks like they just put my car on the side because I gave them space to let them do their job. I'm really frustrated by this. Please assist.
