Very Poor Service

I took my vehicle in for the 130K Km service at Carnival Toyota. I got the vehicle and a week later the check engine light came on. I took back the vehicle only to be told that I need to replace the turbo. Why was this not detected when the vehicle came in for service. The technician said the car seems to have been in an accident, My vehicle is accident free, it has never been in an accident. I was then quoted 40k to replace the turbo. The engine coolant was even low and I was not notified of this , my brake pads also needs to be replaced, which was not picked up by the service centre.
