Very poor customer service Williams Hunt Fourways

Unacceptable customer service! I went there looking for the original v-belt (5PK 902) for Chev Utility. Firstly, the parts department couldn't assist me because of no internet. Secondly, Taz Naidoo (Service Consultant) was very rude, unprofessional and ***********. This is when I asked her to see someone from the Servicing department who can advise or confirm if the alternate v-belt (5PK 906) would fit on Chev Utility. She said they wouldn't know if the alternate v-belt will fit. How is it that people who are experts and deal with these parts/ cars on a daily basis won't know? Then after sometime she said Chris (Service Supervisor) can't assist. Williams Hunt Fourways customer service is appalling!
