Very poor client service and feedback

What i nightmare in the staff for just giving you a call back. No feedback whatsoever. My finance was approved more than a week ago and yet i have not received my bakkie. I must give credit to Anne F&I, thanks for answering my calls and your service, without you i would have cancelled the deal.
