Very Disappointing! Bad Service! A Lot of Dishonesty!

I took my car here to be checked (The Check engine was on after a few warnings about the ESC system). When I arrived, it took a while before someone could attend me. One guy who was checking my car in, and another one came and started talking about irrelevant things, telling me my aircon isn't gonna last until the next service because there is a "bump" on the grill...(*ABSURD*!!!!)... I ignored him. After all that, I waited for no less than 2 hours to have someone pick me up (all the drivers where nowhere to be found)... A driver arrived but still ignored me, after complaining twice to the service attendants! He said he's not going to pick me up. He will just drop me off. (Fine... I can take that). Late afternoon I go there and on my way I call to ask for a status on the car. The guy calls me by the wrong name, and says he forgot to call me. Secondly, he says they got the wrong contact details for me [How because they called me to bring the car in?!]. Anyway, I ask him what they have done so far, and he said they're still checking. When I arrive, they have not touched the car at all. He asks me if I can leave the car for the weekend and I refuse [I traveled 100 kilometers to get there. How can you ask me that?!]. I ask him what they checked since he told me they were checking on the phone, he says he's sorry they haven't done anything.

Very disappointing! Each time I took the car there for service and asked them to check something they never did. They just keep trying to sell you unnecessary things. Only one guy there is good, and unfortunately the entire team is doing a good job to ***** his reputation as well!

I'm never going back here!
