Very disappointed in the service received after purchasing a vehicle with Buffalo Toyota east London

Purchased my vehicle from Buffalo Toyota east London on the 2nd of March 2022 but today is the 8th of April still haven't received licensing documents yet, can't change the car registration also can't register the car for the intended use of the car without the documentation, spoke to the sales lady and the store manager but haven't received any assistance whatsoever, so frustrated at this point cause I have to pay vehicle finance and insurances yet can't make money with the car due to their incompetance
