VERY BAD SERVICE VW BENONI CITI.

Took my car for fixing at VW Benoni Citi, I told them the problem with my car, the problem with my car is that I hit a pothole at night while driving, after the pothole incident whenever I drive the car with three passengers at the back, body touches the left rear tyre, as a result of that incident, I had to replace my tyre as it was badly damaged, before the pothole incident the car was fine, I took it to VW Benoni Citi for fixing, instead of diagnosing the problem, they just went on and change parts without diagnosing the problem, then they told me I need to take it for alignment which I need, at the alignment they told me I need to replace a stub axle. I had to pay for incorrect part but the car is still not fixed. When I take the car back to VW, they told me I need to take the car for body repair as it was involved in accident before. I told them the accident had nothing to do with the issue as the car was fine before the pothole incident.
