Very bad service

My Vehicle went to them before the lock-down and it is still not fixed. I called them and even laid a complaint wit VWSA but no answer. My car did not do this before the repair and went back already and still the Service Advisor Greg or Manager Trevor Netherlands or their DP has contacted me again.
