Very Bad Customer Service

I had a very bad experience at West Cape Volkswagen Kuilsriver this month when servicing my car did the major service at this place and my brake fluid was changed which was the biggest mistake. My original lock nuts that comes with the car was not put back and this is upsetting. I feel like this place does not care about the customer and only the employees we all make mistakes and this was one of them made on my car. Would appreciate video footage as these lock nuts are expensive.
