Vehicle service

I have been booking vehicle service with williams hunt mindrand since Dec 2017 till thus far. 1st attempt they said they didn't request for authorisation with my service provider. 2nd attempt 20/01/08 I booked again for service to be done on the 20/01/2018 and did follow up on the 12/01/2018 yet no one responded. On the 19/01/2018 I decided to call and confirm the booking and I was told that my vehicle was not booked.
