VEHICLE REPAIR ON FLYWHEEL AND CLUTCH KIT

I've sent me vehicle in to Williams Hunt, Uitenhage in September 2015 for repairs, and was told that my flywheel and clutch kit needed replacement. After negotiations on pricing, I was invoice and paid a R15 000 deposit on 13 October 2015. In early November 2015 I discovered that the wrong parts were ordered and the right parts needed to be ordered which was never done. I was then reinvoiced on the servicing of the vehicle as well as an extra R1000, to get the part ordered from PE, which to me did not make sense.. I was furious and put in a complaint to GM's complaints department, Valencia, [Email Removed] I'm forever asking them when my vehicle will be done, and cannot get a direct answer. It was discovered last week that the bearing needed replacement, today I've called and was told that the Seal needed replacement as well. I've told the complaints lady, Valencia that I'm not happy with the service. I want my car fixed and back. This cannot go on. It's been more than a month, since 13/10/2015 when I paid my deposit, and still no vehicle.
