Vehicle Damaged when sent for Service

Sent Vehicle for service

Was informed telephonic-ally that vehicle had been damaged on left hand side and no loan cars available.

Advised Service Manager that it would be best I come in to view and discuss this.

On arrival checked Vehicle , damaged light, bumper and left fender moved off position. Asked for technicians name, Service Manager advised that they will not provide it. Asked if technician had also performed the service, Service manager said yes. I said I would like to inspect the workmanship, thought Id only inspect something that can be easily seen, chose Air filter, found plastic rivet missing and air intake hanging loose.

Asked to speak to someone senior , Service Manager referred me to the Service Lead. Service Lead replaced plastic rivet and attempted to assure me that the service was done right. I advised that I have reservations since this is the first item I checked.

Service Lead provided the following options for them to repair vehicle:

1) Take loan car now and they will repair and resolve vehicle and send back.
2) Bring Car in later at convenient time and they will arrange repair.

I am currently pursuing option 2, will advise how this progresses
