****** valuables due to negligent sales agent.

My personal belonging were ****** from my car by West Rand customer after the sales agent left my car unlocked. On the 14th Dec 2023 I purchased a Mini from BMW West Rand Clearwater and traded my BMW. I informed the agent my belongings were in the car and will get them after we conclude the deal. I handed over both car keys to him and he never locked my car. As a result I suffered financial loss and now they refuse to be apart of all this. No incident report was done. This was never referred to any of their forensic team for investigation as they know who stole from me. Is there a syndicate or what? How did this customer who happens to drive the same BMW I traded in(colour and model) know I had valuables in my car??? It’s disappointing how they treating me as I have been with them since 2018 and bought twice from them and serviced my first 2 cars with them.
