Utterly Disappointed and Disgusted

On the 5th of December on route to our holiday destination we ran into some car trouble, lucky for us the incident occurred few minutes away from Westvaal Motors (Somerset West), we manage to get the car into the workshop and management was happily to take a look there and then. The outcome was not good as they said there could be a fault in the engine, bare in mind this a new vesicle (Opel Astra 1.4 sport 2016), over the past week we were told the piston have melted and for this to happen to a new car is alarming, Because this is new a vehicle its likely for the engine to be replaced, but today we were told they only going to replace the broken parts and we are not happy about this. This is a brand new car and we are unhappy to be driving around with a new engine with replacement parts. Given the circumstances there’s nothing to reinsure us the same issue won’t reoccur.
