Utter ******* and pathetic service from the dealership

Took my vehicle in for a warranty claim. Left it for a more than a week with at the dealership so that they can at least have enough time to identify and sort the problem. Tried calling to find out if they made any progress but no one answered their phones.

Decided to head to the dealership only to find out nothing has been done to the vehicle. Apparently the manager and technician were contemplating on whether to fix the problem or send it to the panel beater to repairs but throughout their process no one bothered to communicate this to me. Dont know if it's pure incompetence or pathetic *******. To top it off they tried to mask the fact that someone took a joy ride with my car by quickly washing it.

I've asked for their manager's number or email but I have yet to get anything from the dealership. I've lost my faith in the brand and dealership.
