Useless sales service Williams Hunt The Glen

I came across an adverti*****t that was places by the dealership approximately 5 weeks ago for a Tata Indica on Gumtree. I contacted the sales department amd I spoke to a salesman by the name of Gareth who advised me that the car was still available and that the only problem was that the head gasket was leaking and had to be replaced. Given my circumstances I am desperately looking for a cheap vehicle and was quite keen to wait for them to come back to me and let me know when I could come and have a look at the vehicle. Being a cheap vehicle I wanted to deal with a reputable dealer and was prepared to wait. To cut a long story short I had to phone the salesman a number of times to find out if the vehice was ready for viewing and he kept on promising to let me know when the vehicle is ready for viewing. I even spoke to the sales manager Stefan who also advised me that they would let me know when the vehicle was ready for viewing. I understand that once a head gasket gets taken off a number of teats have to be done to make sure that the engine is 100%. It has now been 5 weeks since I have been dealing with Williams Hunt The Glen and I am still waiting for follow up regarding this vehicle. I ask myself the question how would they have reacted if I was buying a vehicle which was R500 000 and not a cheap little vehicle of R39 900.

Your sales and service delivery is absolutely nothing more than disappointing and I strongly urge customers out there who want to deal with Williams Hunt The Glen to think twice. Useless
