Useless Reeds Bellville

I booked my car in 2 weeks ago cause my left side front lights weren't working despite the bulbs being replaced. The car spent the day at Reeds Bellville and they couldn't figure out what the issue was.

I had to bring the car back again but for longer so they could further investigate...

So i booked the car in on Wednesday morning, Wednesday afternoon I got a call to say the job is beyond the knowledge of the technician so they sent the car to the auto-electrician.

Thursday the service advisor calls me after i called him cause i hadn't heard from him the entire day. He basically told me the guy working on my car was out the entire day and would only start work on the car pass 3 the afternoon... I told the advisor that I can't be without a car the weekend so he needs to make a plan to either get me my car back or arrange a courtesy vehicle...

Friday comes and goes, i havent heard from him at all... So i call and leave a message for him to call me... He doesn't call...

So i call and ask to speak to his manager... This guy doesn't answer the phone... Ask to speak to the branch manager and this one is gone home for the day...

I am now sitting with out a car and no courtesy vehicle... Completely stranded while these people enjoy their weekend without a care in the world as to their clients which they have now inconvenienced
