Useless!

Took my car in for a fault find, took them 3 weeks of stripping the entire engine, and could still not tell me what the problem is. I had to pay labour for 3 weeks of stripping, then I was told they can't help me. I had to tow my car out of there with the engine in the boot, and parts all over. The place now repairing the vehicle now tells me there are parts that are not there, went back to Ford, and they accidentally misplaced some of them. Still searching for parts that went missing from them.

Management also useless in helping to sort out the mess caused by their uneducated mechanics!
