Upset about after service

So now everyone passes the buck.... and no one wants to take account. We bought a Opel Astra last year from Perdeberg Motors in Malmesbury who is now not working on Opel anymore.... our vehicle was sent to Williams Hunt Bellville on Monday. This morning I was informed that there is a low compression in the engine and that the engine needs to be stripped and that it is a lengthy process and they can't give me a lead time. In the meantime we are stranded on the farm without a vehicle and now one can help us. What does this mean for our opel owners in South Africa? Who would want to buy an Opel now, I won't. They were eager to sell the cars but now that there is a problem everyone passes the buck
