Upliftment of the deal

I purchased a vehicle at Williams Hunt Roodepoort which the sales man was Henry Hill on the 24 March 2020. We traded my vehicle in a 2014 Audi A3 for 165000 and had a shortfall of R103655. They added my shortfall on the AUDI A4 2017 and later on we found that the vehicle has defects, my wife almost had 2 accidents with the vehicle, the vehicle just stopped on the freeway while she was driving at 120km. The second attempt the tire busted while she was driving at 80km and almost got into an accident. We than took the car at audi the glen which they found a lot of problems with the vehicle and somethings they couldnt find. Now we lost hope on the vehicle and we asked for upliftment. Clayton and Mark agreed and now it is harrassment and *********ing me to pay the R103655 asap.
