Unserviced Vehicle

I am extremely disappointed with the service I got from Williams Hunt The Glen. I had booked the car for 90 000 km service only to find the car washed only after I have been the 2nd person to get there at 6:45. Tracy who was my service advisor didn't gave me any reason as to why my car has not been serviced at all. I had also asked for the car to be diagnosed since it is making very funny and strange noise. None of that happened. What's the point of booking if the car won't be serviced anyways
