Unprofessionalism

I saw an advert for an Opel Corsa for R79 900 two weeks ago then went to the dealership and viewed the car. Dealt with a guy named Ashton or Ashley, he took my details and said he would get back to me. Till today he hasn't gotten back to me, yet I keep on getting these smses to accept their trade in T&Cs and when I went online to see if the car was still available, it was and the price has increased to R88 900.
