Unprofessional & pathetic customer service

App**** for finance on a Toyota Rav4 on a Tuesday. Got a call from the finance dept on Thursday saying the finance was approved. Out of nowhere, get a WhatsApp message saying "someone else put a deposit down on the vehicle, we will look for another one for you"....@#%@ Implying that the vehicle has been sold right under our feet. How is this possible??? How can we get approved for finance and literally within a few hours get told someone else is getting it...who by the way did not even hand in an application? How does this work? How do you these guys do business? When I called the manager Vivion for an explanation I was told he will phone me back as he wants to get all the facts. No call back No explanation After several calls to his cell he simply doenst answer. Easy to hide behind a phone. Absolutely disgraceful.
