Unprofessional Conduct

I am disappointed with the service of one of the managers Jaques at Action Ford Roodepoort. I've got a problem with my Ford Ranger and he has promised to phone me back on two occasions and I am still waiting for a call. This is not my first Ford that I have purchased there.
