Unhelpful Poor Service

<p>Goodday,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to inform you about the bad service at Toyota Klerksdorp. We wanted to trade in our car. We were approved and after we agreed about the instalment they said we must take our car so that they can see it. We took it and they said its fine, they will settle the car. But the sales person said if they can please leave the deal for the next day, as it was their year end closing on the 31 March, and that he will bring the car to us the next morning. (We stay 125km for them). So dissapointed we went back but was still glad for receiving it the next day then). Saturday morning we phoned to ask what time he will be bringing the car, just to hear the salesmen and the person doing the contract is off. They "forgot" its Saturday. And they said not to worry, it will be done Monday then. This morning we phoned again to hear what time. And then the salesperson told us that Manager now said he is not going to settle the car anymore. But will increase the other cars amount by that what we short to settle our car!! How is thus right? After seeing our car and said its fine they will settle, agreeing about the instalment and arrangements wat done to deliver the car!!!! How can they hust change like this????</p>
