Unhappy service

Buffalo Toyota East, their service is bad. I'll never service my car again. You can buy the car but when it comes to service I'll look for another garage. They always complain that they've new mechanics. After the second service my car has got a funny noise and they're unable to find it. I involved Toyota SA and they promised to help me and they've never returned back to me as per their promise.
