- I booked a annual service on the website I didnt receive any confirmation so i called to follow up and they stated the system didnt record it - I called requesting to make a booking I was told they get back to be 2 days later had the call back to state that i have been waiting. Getting a quote was also a lengthy process having to call them -My car went in for service on the way back home the car switched off in the middle of the road.
