Unfair Practice BMW west rand

I took my BMW420i as it overheated, they quoted me R31 300 which include 11 546.78 Labour, upon enquiry as to how much per hour that justify coolant fixing labour of R11 546.78 the consultant couldn't explain.

Secondly I noted split quotation manipulation whereby every part remove/replacement is each charged despite working on that specific area.

Thirdly the want 50% upfront payment which is neither réflecteur on quotation ob terms and conditions, still the consultant couldn't show me any clause or rules that suggest à 50% upfront.

I view their practice as unfair and violation consumer regulations.
