Unfair and ************ service at Audi Centre East Rand.

I made an offer to purchase a used car (Audi Q5) from the dealership and proceeded to obtain finance from the banks. The sales person took another offer from another client while my offer was still active and informed me that the vehicle was no longer available. The dealership's conduct has been unfair and ************ towards me and they cannot be trusted at all.
