The VWFS/F&I Consultant **** about the interest rate/monthly instalment after applying for a R189 800 VW Polo Vivo, Deposit of R28 500 and a cash payment of the initiation fee + on the road fees.

He said the month instalment will be R4155 @ a fixed interest rate of 15.96% for 72 months which did not make sense to me. R4155 meant the rate was 21% !!!
