Unauthorised use of my vehicle

Westcape VW...Had my car there for a service and wheel alignment on Monday, 30 August 2021. Odometer reading went up 10km at collection late yesterday afternoon just before closure. Sure you need to test the vehicle and NOT do a personal errand which is what 10km implies! Queried same this morning , 31 August 2021 and was told to come and fetch R20 for fuel reimbur*****t! Super angry...so I should drive out R30 to collect R20...this is a disgrace...an insult. Not recommended! This act was an unauthorised use of my vehicle! Will not ever get my business again!
