Toyota Corolla Quest brake pads are bad quality

<p>I purchased a new Toyota Corolla Quest in 2016. The car does alot of mileage and thus has already gone for just on 3 services. At each service the brake pads have needed to be replaced at a cost of an average of R5000. The car was serviced at 15000km intervals. I did some research on brake pads and they are meant to last for a minimum of 25000 miles which is at least 40000 kms (the max is 75000 miles). The quest clearly has something wrong with it and is not recommended for high mileage vehicles such as uber or taxis. I chatted to the guys at Toyota who just told me that it's normal to replace brake pads every service (every 15000 kms). If I'd known this now I'd never have bought the quest. </p>
