Still waiting for Andrew the sales manager to return my call

Unfortunately my 3008 GT Was delivered with a malfunctioning or not properly upgraded (during PDI) onboard computer and I could not utilise car play

As result while I was happy with sales side I’m now reducing my rating to a One star rating because little to zero effort was made to rectify or resolve issue

I have since had the issue resolved @ another dealership ‼️

I find the lack of follow up very SAD for what was initially a pleasant experience
