Took my car for a service, which was fine

Took my car for a service, which was fine. The issue was the shuttle service. Toyota did not offer their usual shuttle. They used Bolt and the first Bolt vehicle did not pitch up. The second one did, but the vehicle was not in a good state. I only realised this after travel started. The driver also explained to me that he was not the regular driver and that he was assisting his father. Did not feel safe in this vehicle. In the afternoon, the normal shuttle picked up my wife to fetch my vehicle after the service. The shuttle then proceeded to dangerous areas to pick up other customers. Toyota Carnival needs to improve this service or alternatively don' offer it. Taking my wife to unsafe areas is unacceptable.
