Too many faults after car service

I have had bad experiences with servicing my car there, firstly i took the car for a full service when i got home just the following day I was stopped by traffic officers and got a ticket for a brake light that was not working. While focusing on a brake light I see a warning sign on the car showing a tool for service but the car was taken to a full service, then took the car back to the garage to be fixed now one can imagine all the admin and money spent going back and forth, calling them and the incovinience. So now for the first time I open the bonnet and notice that my engine cover is missing. Why should all this things happen and this goes to show that this people dont do their job well and I want my cover back. Now i have to go through admin of calling them, making time with them and i have things to do like work. This is really bad and this whole inconvinience. I called them and some lady said they will get back to me they have to check pics..even now I am still waiting.
