They don't take the blame for their fault, they broke my car

My car had a problem if overheating while it was still under warranty, I took in for the repairs on the 07 April 2017 and they kept to repair then received it back on the 11 of April 2017 and it seemed okey, for the mean my car is with them they never gave me the courtesy car o had to pay their rental car for up to 4-5 days which had coast me R1085.00. When the came back after the repairs it didn't last longer, the same problem showed up again and I took the car back to them on the on 08 May 2017 and they kept it without giving me a car yo use while they busy working on my car. I received back on the 10th May 2017 It seemed okey . My car broke again and it showed the same warning sigh o had shown while it has been going in and out of their workshop but this time it has gone out of warranty. And I told them the car has the same problem and I'm returning it to the and they said this time I have to pay because the car is no longer under warranty, but I told them it's the same problem they've been fixing the whole year but they refuse that. I brought the car back on the 08 November 2017 and I only received it back on the 7th December and it seemed okey., They charged me R4309.20 which i paid. I only drove the car for 2 days and the 9th of December the car showed some warning and o had to park the car and wait for Monday the 11th of December 2017 so that I can report to them the problem.. 11th December 2017 morning i phoned REEDS and infirm them that the car is broken again on weekend then they suggested I should bring it in again, and I cannot drive the car because I was advised not to drive it avoiding further damaging the car. They said the car is no longer under warranty so they cannot town it, mind you when it broke over the weekend I had to pay the breakdown to town it home. I told them I cannot pay the tow truck again for their mistake they should come and take it. I organise the transport to go to their workshops yo tell that they must organise organise a town truck to fetch it because I cannot pay again for their mistake. They come yo fetch the car with the trailer and only the driver was here so I had to organise the man power to come and assist him load the car on the trailer because they refuse to pay the tow truck. The car is still with them since the 11th of December and I'm left stranded with no transport till today Now I need some advise which court can I go to open the case for them because clear they are taking me for the ride. My car is Chevrolet Sonic, sedan 2012 model with +-76500KM
