These guys are a joke !

All I can say is STEER CLEAR !!!! I live in Ballito and have tried on two occasions to purchase from them, and on both they either made any excuse they could or gave me such terrible terms that I simply could not deal with them. Went to VW Umhlanga and purchased my car with no hassles whatsoever. Made the mistake of servicing my car in Ballito and spent the day fielding call about everything that was wrong and is NOT COVERED my either the Warranty or the Service plan. They must be battling a trying to make up income by nailing customers on service fees. Worst VW dealer I have ever dealt with and I have been driving VW for 30 years. STAY VERY FAR AWAY !!!!
