The worst customer service experience

I have purchased an second hand vehicle from the Reeds Tygervalley Branch and received good service up and to in the 1st week, my car started giving me mechanical issues and I took it back already not impressed. I mean the main reason for buying an new car was that the previous one was giving me mechanical issues. Now I had to have it all over agian!

So I received an dirty curtesy vehicle with an empty tank that I had to refill, Im not sure what service you offer customers if they bring you an car that was supposed to be checked from part a -z before selling it an ensuring that it is 100% tested, an make it my problem to provide petrol to get around. At that point I was not that bothered, that really got to me was that the mechanical error was " dirty throttle bodies" that was cleaned and I received my vehicle back and just the next day on my way to work that same error occurred. I had to then again take my car back and then the mechanic stated it was the clutch plate and it got "fixed".
On the day I was told I was getting my car back, I got an phone call telling me that the driver drove the car back and still the same mechanical issue occurred and that it was still not fix. They eventually decided to book it in at Ford so they could check it and find out that the throttle bodies was faulty and had to replace it.

That is 2 weeks in without my car that I just bought from Reeds, so its not so much Reeds then the mechanic they used to do the diagnostics that was in the wrong. Why not take the car in to Ford from the start?? So I was told the part was at Ford on the Friday, I just had to give the go ahead from the warranty cover so they could fit it, still not really sure why they had to claim it under my warranty cover if I bought the car faulty from them, that was under consumer rights law. I had to follow up the next week Wednesday morning If my car was ready for collection, just to hear that the warranty cover got declined and Reeds had to pay for it and to top it that the part was still on its way to Ford to fit. This is 3 weeks later, so I decided to get in touch with the GM and he gave me some clarity and followed up on my question. Just to add the Cherry on the top I today received my vehicle cover in bird ****!That was just adding more wood to the fire!!

I was never an person that complained about stupid little things, but this got me so irritated and upset that I felt that I had to share it here and state that the service I received went from good to really terrible and im not sure is it because of my age as an young adult or just the people I dealt with. I would believe that you would want to delivered an consistent service to customers from all ages at all your branches.
