The whole dealership should be shut down, They don't know what they are doing

Can you go lower than 1? I took my Opel for an oil change service, where they completely ruined my Turbo and did not take responsibility for it. Instead they kept saying "these things happen, it can happen at any time" Now I am without a car for almost a week while they take their time going back and forth with their head office figuring out what to do. They need to now order a new part from overseas which means that I will be without a car for a while. Not to mention that booking the initial service was a horrible experience.. The whole dealership should be shut down, completely ***********, the lot of them.
