The Most PATHETIC Service Ever

<p>We sent our Isuzu to Williams HUnt Edenvale for a service, the customer service from this brach is a joke! The made snide remarks and were extremely rude to my partner when he asked for them to drop him off at home once he had left the vehicle with them. Nevermind he had to ask for a lift and wasn't offered one! Of course when it came time to fetch the vehicle once the service was complete they rudely told us they could not assist us with a driver to fetch my partner to pick up our vehicle. A man named Jan was rude and abrupt with me on there phone as there was some confusion with our service plan, he made no effort to assist us in anyway possible. The left headlight is out and the windscreen wipers need to be replaced which they did not do, nor did they call us to ask if we would like them to replace them. Our Isuzu was not washed properly either, the cab was still dusty and the bin was not even rinsed! We will never make use of this Williams Hunt again nor will we recommend it!</p>
