The most horrible service received

I took my car in at Action Ford Krugersdorp for repairs, they did a full diagnosis on the vehicle and found that Computer Box, Throttle Body and Wiring was faulty, I was dealing with Werner Olivier, he generated a quote and claimed from my warranty insurance, the amount was way too much. The insurance paid some of the amount and I settled the rest in cash. I went to collect my car after making payments, only to find out that while they were fixing my car, they also damaged my vehicle Power Steering. Took the car back the next day, I spoke to the technician that was working on my Car, his name is Jason and he advised that "HE IS NOT SURE WHAT COULD HAVE CAUSED THE POWER STEERING NOT TO BE WORKING ANYMORE" when I drove the vehicle in, the power steering was working properly.

So I spoke to Werner, that I want my vehicle to be fixed. The took the car in, Werner said because the fault is on their side, he borrowed me a loan vehicle to use at no cost, while they were still busy working on my vehicle trying to fix the issue. Two weeks later, he comes back and says that he has claimed from my insurance again and they authorized R5000 and the Fault would require more than R50000 additional to the money I initially paid. So I insisted they fix my vehicle because the fault is from their side, they since refused too. They collected their loan vehicle and brought my vehicle back unfixed. I have since escalated the matter to Legal Counsel. The most horrible service I have ever received.
