The company has turned into a ****

So mine is that this place has changed. I have been servicing my car here for years but they recently damaged my car and no one is willing to help. I was talking to Bruno, the last time I sent him an email he never rep****. They really turned in to a ****. We pay great monies for new parts but they do not replace them. They look who they give the service to, if your car is small and you ask questions, then forget about getting what you pay for. I can say a whole lot of heartbreaking treatment about this branch. They are such a disgrace. Painful.
