Terrible services, and Lies from Toyota Melrose

I enquired about a vehicle on saturday when it was listed. Filled out the finance forms first thing monday morning and sent it, and this went back and forth. I was informed already that I am first in line for the vehicle but we need to do everything fast which I have done. Caroline from finance has **** to me regarding the finance approval, yesterday when I spoke with her, she confirmed that MFC declined my application but she will contact them to see what she can do, this morning again I called her and she said she did not get any feedback from MFC. When I called MFC, they advised that the finance was approved yesterday. I called the dealership again and spoke with Caroline the financial manager again who advised me that MFC wants a R26 000 deposit to approve the finance, however when I asked her about the vehicle it was confirmed that they sold it to someone else who app**** yesterday. To get a hold of the pre owned manager it is impossible, I was transferred around to every department and each one had no available manager. I am still requesting to speak to the pre owned manager or Andre, apparently they are not available to assist me.
